As one could imagine, there are numerous side effects from having cancer. Especially when treatments start. Every day I wake up I suffer at least one of them. Though not always successful, I try to push myself off the couch. I’ve got to try and be the best version of myself. Keep moving in some capacity. Lots of life left to live. Here is a short version of today’s workout. In my garage so didn’t have to go far.
